The Breton Cuisi'nat enriches its range of glacis with two new references: the mushroom glaze and the reduction of red wine. Two novelties added to the 10 references in the range, which won the Sirha Grand Prix in 2011. Without additives, preservatives or flavor enhancers, these glacis can be used in sauce, emulsion, marinades, special breads or pie dough. They replace bottoms and vegetable broths. Recipes are available in 500g and 1kg bottles.
